The Board will play a proactive role in working with the media and through promotional material, web publishing etc. to develop a more co-ordinated view of what the locality has to offer to residents, businesses and visitors.

This will include showcasing local achievements and initiatives, and focusing on the strengths and opportunities. Using our strength and reputation in sport, innovation, diversity, heritage, location, environment and festivals will help us to build a clearer sense of identity both locally and further a field.

This will reflect the diversity of the Borough and draw upon the work on parish plans, village appraisals and other similar initiatives. The Board will facilitate events to showcase local achievements and generate a recognised common image for the Partnership.
