Charnwood Together recognises and celebrates the achievements of the people of Charnwood and the Community Strategy sets out to support, encourage and develop the sense of wellbeing within the Borough.
The people of Charnwood are its greatest asset and without the volunteers, community leaders, carers and helpers within the communities, Charnwood would be a very poor place.
Inequalities and hardships are faced by many people at some stage in their lives and it is vital that the organisations and services of the Borough help to look after, support, nurture and empower everyone to achieve their best.
Working together to create stronger communities through community groups, clubs and partnerships helps us all to achieve this.
