• Following consultation, use the Partnerships Diagram and underlying data to support partnership co-ordination and wider understanding on partnership working.

Partnership performance:

• Establish criteria for evaluating periodically how partnerships are adding value.
• Establish model protocols and governing documents that partnerships could adopt to support effective governance
• Establish a common complaints route for issues concerning partnerships
