- Firstly, to advise the partners represented on the Charnwood Together Board/Forum of the variety of partnerships/forums with whom linkages maybe useful (if not already developed) in developing joint action.
- Secondly, it has the potential to advise external partners of the possible contribution they could make to the Charnwood Together strategy themes and actions.
Partnership Matrix
The purpose of this matrix is to explore, at a strategic level, the links between the four strategy themes and emerging actions contained within the draft Charnwood Together Community Strategy (2005) with that of the partnership clusters that exist in Charnwood and Leicestershire.
The Partnership Matrix is intended to fulfil two functions:
