The formation of the Charnwood Strategic Partnership (LSP) in 2002 and the production of the first Charnwood Community Strategy in 2003 was a new experience for the range of public, private and voluntary agencies represented on the LSP. The aim from inception was to add value by seeking to join up the actions of the individual partnerships/ agencies represented in order to secure an improved quality of life for everyone living and working in the Borough.
This second Charnwood Community Strategy is a key step forward for Charnwood Together, the Charnwood Local Strategic Partnership. This Strategy is about the future, set in the context of the path travelled, and it outlines a common vision of what that future can look like for Charnwood.
