The Strategic Partnership will provide leadership by clarifying its relationships with other key partnerships and developing stronger linkages and better co-ordination of action.

The aim would be to provide a clear focus for delivering this Strategy and marshalling Charnwood’s approach to Local Area Agreements by:

• Raising the profile of the “Charnwood Partnership Cluster” - to be clear for the public, partnership agencies and the wider audience about how and why we are working together to achieve real change in the Borough.
• Improved exchange and access to partnership information, performance data and potential initiatives through redevelopment of the Charnwood Online web site as the online home of the Partnership Family.
• Agreeing within the Cluster appropriate approaches for periodically reviewing partner ship performance.
• Building effective relationships with those partnerships that include the Borough but which have a remit beyond it.
